flow field

A living flow field drawn like a pen plotter poster. Particles drift along a slowly changing noise field and leave ink trails on a sheet of paper, so the poster grows while you watch. You can steer the currents with your pointer, drop vortices, and save the result as a PNG or as a clean SVG made of real pen paths.

1. Watch it draw. Press New (or the space bar) for a fresh sheet and a new seed
2. Move across the sheet to carve currents into the ink. Click or tap to drop a vortex that stays
3. Pick a palette, a poster format, the density, a pen size and how calm or stormy the field is
4. Press pause (or P) when you like it
5. Save a PNG for screens, or an SVG for a pen plotter: each ink is its own layer, sized in millimetres
